Ever Wondered?

Ever wondered who the original Tom, Dick and Harry were? Who were these extremely ordinary men?

Ever wondered who Jack was? Was he a highly obnoxious guy , who went about town preaching his "many talents" ? Must be a highly bragging, nose upturned somebody who was influential enough to emboss the English language forever.

Please don't tell I am the only procrastinator who thinks about these. There are so many things we just assume and never question why or how or who..

Conforming and agreeing to a preset idea is encoded in our genetic system . We are inherently too lazy to think a new norm . Those who challenge either get a Nobel or are convicted , there's no in between.

Just the same way , why is it assumed that given a long amount of time say during lockdown, why is it automatically assumed students would spent their time completing meaningless assignment? I mean students could also like to do just nothing for change. Ever wondered that institutions??
